I hold a master’s degree in Sociology, and my current research focuses on institutional procurement of local foods in the Arthabaska RCM, as well as on the well-being and food security of college-level students. I’m also a member of the Montréal Research Centre on Social Inequalities, Discrimination, and Alternative Citizenship Practices (Centre de recherche de Montréal sur les inégalités sociales, les discriminations et les pratiques alternatives de citoyenneté - CREMIS), where I contribute to the Regions and Food Systems research collective.

In my work, I prioritize a participatory approach that puts the well-being of the populations most affected by these issues at the centre of the process. I also enjoy creating strong connections with students at the college level, encouraging their involvement in projects and helping to share CISA’s research with this younger community.
