I hold a master’s in Environmental Management from the Université de Sherbrooke (UdeS) and completed graduate studies in Regional and Territorial Development at UQAR. I joined the Centre for Social Innovation in Agriculture (CISA) in 2018, where I lead various action research projects, mainly focused on supporting the next generation of farmers and developing innovative tools to help them establish themselves in Québec—such as agricultural business incubators. I also had the opportunity to support the managers of these incubators in creating their provincial network, which today is officially known as Réseau Racines.
Beyond this strong area of interest, I find real fulfillment at CISA in developing and leading action research projects that explore how social innovation can reshape agriculture and the agri-food sector.
