I am trained as an anthropologist, and I have had the opportunity to conduct extensive research on the political, economic, ethical, sociocultural, organizational, and experiential dimensions of infectious disease prevention and control, including antimicrobial resistance. My work has focused on the experience of change in health (cancer, innovation, Indigenous health, psychosocial risks) as well as in food systems (knowledge, behaviors, intercultural relations, tropical environments). These research projects have taken me to Quebec, across Canada, South America, Cameroon, French Guiana, and Taiwan.
Since 2024, I have been part of the CISA team, where I support various Indigenous communities in co-creating innovative solutions to address their food-related challenges. My approach is rooted in teamwork, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participatory action-research projects built on social dialogue and collective engagement.
