Would work organization scenarios adapted to the specific needs of young autistic adults in the agri-food sector support their socio-professional integration in the medium and long term?
This was the initial question raised by the research team, which led to the co-construction of the Ausiris project. To address it, the project aimed to implement five (5) scenarios representing different agri-food contexts: greenhouse, field, family farm, garden center, and retail business.
Through the experimentation of these scenarios, co-constructed with the project’s partners, the team was able to identify and document the favorable conditions for socio-professional integration. This work made it possible to model these scenarios and to highlight the specific conditions of integration for young autistic adults.
This synthesis report summarizes, in 44 pages, the process and structure developed to integrate the participants of the Ausiris project.
